Transfer or confirmation of refugee status: transfer or confirmation in Belgium of refugee status recognised in another country, in order for the refugee to be able to enjoy the benefits of refugee status in Belgium.

Trusted person: person who can assist the asylum seeker during the procedure and accompany him/her to the interview at the CGRS, for instance the social worker who follows up his/her case. This person must be explicitly indicated by the asylum seeker.
