   Withdrawal: decision from the CGRS which consists of withdrawing refugee or subsidiary protection status, when the asylum seeker has obtained his/her status in a deceitful manner (based on false statements or false documents) or when he/she should have been excluded from the refugee or subsidiary protection status, or when his/her later behaviour shows that he/she has no fear of persecution, for instance when he/she returns to his/her country of origin.

    Women-at-risk: criterion applied in the context of the resettlement process. This refers to women who, because of their gender, run an increased risk of persecution or abuse. For this reason, they are especially vulnerable and they can qualify for resettlement.
