Annual reports
According to the Act of 15 December 1980 relating to access to the territory, the residence, the establishment and the removal of foreigners, article 57/28, the Commissioner General for Refugees and Stateless Persons is required to report every year on his mission to the competent Minister, currently the Minister for the Migration and Asylum Policy. A copy of this report, including the possible Minister’s comments, is transmitted to the Chamber of Representatives and to the Senate. Please find enclosed the annual reports from the Office of the Commissioner General for Refugees and Stateless Persons since 1989.
