Guide for unaccompanied minors in other languages

On 28 February 2017, the CGRS published in Dutch, French and English a new guide for unaccompanied minors who apply for asylum in Belgium and for their guardians.

From today, minors or their guardians can also download this guide in Arab, Tigrinya, Dari, Pashto, Albanian and Somali (see www.cgrs.be/en/publications).

From 13 June, the Immigration Office will hand out this guide in their own language to unaccompanied minors who apply for asylum in our country and speak one of these languages.

Later this year, a Pulaar version of the guide will also be published.

The CGRS thanks its partners (the Immigration Office, Fedasil and the guardianship service) for their support in distributing the guide. It is in the interest of the children that we inform them correctly about their rights in Belgium.

This guide was created with the support of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
