Ce rapport est une mise à jour d’un document publié le 5 octobre 2020. Il dresse un état des lieux de la situation sécuritaire dans la bande de Gaza, en particulier durant la période allant du 1er octobre 2020 au 15 mars 2021. La situation humanitaire ne fait pas partie des sujets traités.
Le Cedoca est confronté à une surabondance d’informations disponibles portant sur la situation sécuritaire dans le Territoire palestinien. Il propose ici une synthèse des principaux faits en vue de faciliter la compréhension du conflit et de ses récents développements dans la bande de Gaza.
Cette recherche a été clôturée le 17 mars 2021.
Le présent rapport s’intéresse à l’attitude des autorités rwandaises vis-à-vis de leurs ressortissants de retour après avoir quitté illégalement le pays et/ou avoir introduit une demande de protection internationale (DPI) en Belgique et/ou y avoir séjourné.
Ce rapport couvre la période allant du 1er janvier 2018 à février 2021.
Le Cedoca a clôturé la recherche le 3 mars 2021.
Le retour dans le pays d’origine doit être envisagé lorsque l’étranger ne réunit plus les conditions requises pour son séjour en Belgique. Ce retour peut être volontaire ou forcé.
Dit rapport beschrijft de houding van de Tunesische autoriteiten ten opzichte van hun onderdanen die naar hun land terugkeren nadat ze het land illegaal hebben verlaten en/of een verzoek om internationale bescherming in België hebben ingediend en/of er verbleven hebben. Er wordt niet nader ingegaan op de behandeling door de autoriteiten van terugkeerders met een politiek, etnisch, religieus of terroristisch profiel.

The report is to a large extent based on a joint fact-finding mission report by the Austrian Bundesamt für Fremdwesen und Asyl/ Staatendokumentation and the Swiss Staatssekretariat für Migration, as well as a joint fact-finding mission report by the Danish Immigration Service and the Danish Refugee Council.
During the reporting period (1 January 2016 - 1 June 2017) security incidents took place in Puntland, Somaliland and the disputed territories. These incidents can be roughly subdivided into five categories: armed attacks and targeted killings, armed confrontation with al-Shabaab, violent actions by an ISIS offshoot (active in Puntland only), fighting between clan militias and armed confrontations between security services.
