Full jurisdiction appeal

Appeal submitted with the CALL against a  decision by the CGRS. CALL rules on all elements in the file and provides a ruling on the asylum decision. CALL can confirm, review or annul the CGRS' decision. An appeal in full jurisdiction is suspensive and the applicant for international protection cannot be forcibly removed for the duration of the examination

First country of asylum

Applicants who are already offered real protection in a 'first country of asylum' and do not provide any proof that they can no longer make use of this protection and are admitted to the territory of that country again do not need international protection.
