Le consentement est le facteur principal qui détermine le caractère libre ou forcé d’un mariage, selon la plupart des sources consultées par le Cedoca. Des mariages forcés se produisent parfois en Algérie et sont généralement motivés par le besoin de marier une fille qui pourrait apporter un déshonneur à l’ensemble de sa famille.

The purpose of this report is to provide information relevant for international protection status determination, including refugee status and subsidiary protection.
It provides an update on the security, humanitarian, and socio-economic situation in the country, and reviews the latest developments on the treatment of select profiles by the de facto Taliban government.
The report covers the period of 1 July 2022–30 September 2023. The report is partly to be read as an update of the following COI reports published in August 2022: (1) EUAA COI Report: Afghanistan – Targeting of individuals, (2) EUAA COI Report: Afghanistan – Security Situation, and (3) EUAA COI Report – Key socio-economic indicators in Afghanistan and in Kabul City. Events taking place after the end of the reference period have not been included.

Dit rapport behandelt de houding van de Congolese autoriteiten ten opzichte van hun terugkeerders die het land illegaal hebben verlaten en/of in België een verzoek om internationale bescherming (VIB) hebben ingediend en/of daar hebben verbleven. Het bestrijkt de laatste vijf jaar, oftewel de periode van 2018 tot oktober 2023. Cedoca sloot het onderzoek op 28 november 2023 af.
Terugkeer naar het land van herkomst wordt overwogen wanneer de vreemdeling niet langer voldoet aan de voorwaarden voor verblijf in België.

In a ‘Country Overview’ report, EASO aims to provide information on a wide range of topics of particular relevance for international protection status determination (Refugee Status and Subsidiary Protection) for Bangladeshi applicants.
The information has largely been taken from open sources, such as international and Bangladeshi NGOs, think tanks, media, and academic research. The majority of the information was researched during the drafting period 4 to 22 September 2017. Some additional information was researched during the implementation phase of the peer-review comments, with the purpose of complementing the existing draft.

Sinds jaren volgt Cedoca de situatie in Bosnië-Herzegovina op de voet. Informatie over de jaren vóór 2017 is, voor zover niet relevant, niet opgenomen in dit overzicht.
De aandacht gaat hierbij specifiek uit naar de rechtstoestand, de toepassing van de rechtsvoorschriften in het democratische stelsel, de politieke omstandigheden, de mate waarin vervolging of mishandeling voorkomen en er tegen eventuele vervolging of mishandeling bescherming geboden wordt.

Ce rapport dresse un état des lieux de la situation sécuritaire au Burkina Faso. Il s’intéresse particulièrement à la période allant du 1er avril 2021 au 19 août 2022, mettant à jour un rapport portant le même titre, publié le 7 avril 2021 et un addendum publié le 17 juin 2021. Les recherches ont été clôturées le 19 août 2022.
Au-delà de cette période de recherche documentaire, le Cedoca mentionne le coup d’Etat survenu en octobre 2022.
