Dans ce COI Focus, le Cedoca décrit les conditions de sécurité qui prévalent dans la ville de Jalalabad, chef-lieu de la province de Nangarhar, à l’est de l’Afghanistan. Jalalabad est la cinquième plus grande ville d’Afghanistan et un important centre commercial de l’est de l’Afghanistan. Sa situation, le long de plusieurs routes commerciales, est stratégique.

This report is based on desk research of public, specialised paper-based and electronic sources. The main research was completed up until 30 November 2017. In addition, during the research, EASO researchers conducted extensive interviews with several field experts.
