Guinée: Corruption et fraude documentaire

Corruption

Le présent rapport fait le point sur l’état de la corruption en Guinée et donne un aperçu de la situation en matière de circulation de faux documents. Il met à jour le COI Focus du 25 septembre 2020 qui a pour titre Corruption et faux documents. Ce rapport a été réalisé avec l'aide du Fonds européen pour l'asile, la migration et l'intégration (FAMI).

La recherche pour cette mise à jour a été clôturée le 15 avril 2024.

EASO COI Report. Situation of Afghan refugees

This report provides relevant information on the situation of registered and unregistered Afghan refugees in Pakistan.

The report provides a brief historical overview of Afghan migration to Pakistan, it describes the legal status of Afghans living in Pakistan and its impact on their ability to access education, employment, health services, housing, financial and communication services, legal aid. Further, the report provides information on the attitude of the Government of Pakistan as well as on the general attitude of Pakistan's population towards Afghan refugees.

The first draft of this report was finalised on 15 April 2020. Some additional information was added during the finalisation of this report in response to feedback received during the quality control process, until 6 May 2020.

EASO would like to acknowledge the Belgian Centre for Documentation and Research (Cedoca) in the Office of the Commissioner General for Refugees and Stateless Persons, as the drafter of this report.

Situatie van seksuele minderheden

Deze COI Focus is een update van de COI Focus Pakistan. Homoseksualiteit en andere seksuele minderheden van 16 augustus 2016. De huidige COI Focus behandelt de periode augustus 2016 tot en met 10 april 2020.

In het internationale discours over mensenrechten gebruikt men tegenwoordig de afkorting LGBT (lesbiennes, homoseksuelen, biseksuelen, transgenders) om te verwijzen naar seksuele minderheden. De afkorting kan ook slaan op instellingen, organisaties en individuen die de rechten van deze personen verdedigen. Hoewel de leden van verschillende seksuele minderheden in een bepaalde context een gelijkaardige druk kunnen ondervinden, bevinden ze zich niet noodzakelijk in dezelfde situatie. Seksuele geaardheid en genderidentiteit (mannelijk of vrouwelijk) zijn twee verschillende problematieken.

De term homoseksueel slaat zowel op mannen als op vrouwen. Naast homoseksuelen, kent Pakistan een uitgebreide gemeenschap van transgenders (hijra’s of khawaj seras).

Behandeling van terugkeerders door hun nationale autoriteiten

Le présent rapport est une mise à jour du COI Focus du 10 octobre 2016 intitulé Het risico bij terugkeer in geval van gedwongen verwijdering [Le risque au retour en cas d’éloignement forcé]. Il décrit l’attitude des autorités pakistanaises envers leurs ressortissants qui retournent au pays après l’avoir quitté illégalement et/ou après avoir résidé et/ou introduit une demande de protection internationale en Belgique. Le traitement que les autorités pakistanaises réservent à leurs ressortissants rapatriés, en raison du profil politique, ethnique, religieux ou terroriste qu’ils sont susceptibles de présenter, ne fait pas l’objet de cette recherche.

La période traitée dans le présent rapport s’étend du 1er janvier 2018 au 31 mars 2019.

This report was drafted by a Country of Origin Information (COI) specialist from the Belgian Center for Documentation and Research (Cedoca) in the Office of the Commissioner General for Refugees and Stateless Persons (CGRS).

This report is an update of the EASO COI report Pakistan Security Situation first published in August 2015, updated in July 2016, and in August 2017. This report presents general information available from 1 June 2017 to 15 August 2018
