Un mariage forcé est un mariage contracté sans le libre consentement des deux époux ou lorsque le consentement d'au moins un des époux a été donné sous la contrainte physique et/ou morale (violence, menaces, chantage affectif, pressions psychologiques, etc.).
Cette recherche a été clôturée le 1er mars 2023.

The purpose of this COI Focus is to assess the security situation in Pakistan. It is a partial update of the Country of Origin Information Report Pakistan: Security situation which was drafted by Cedoca and published on 27 October 2021 by the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA). This update is particularly focused on the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. Events that took place during the drafting of this report in January and February 2023 are also included.

The purpose of this COI Focus is to assess the security situation in the five states of Darfur, the Two Areas (the two southern provinces of South Kordofan and Blue Nile) and West Kordofan in Sudan. The report is particularly focused on the period from January 2022 to December 2022.
From 30 October to 10 November 2022, the Norwegian Country of Origin Information Centre (Landinfo) and Cedoca conducted a joint fact-finding mission in Sudan. Information collected during meetings with sources in Khartoum is also included in this report.

Le présent addendum au COI Focus du 18 mars 2019, concernant la situation sécuritaire à Jalalabad, Behsud et Surkhrod, a pour objet de donner un aperçu des conditions de sécurité dans ces trois districts, du 1er février au 31 juillet 2019. La période couverte par ce rapport s’étend du 1er février au 31 juillet 2019. Les recherches ont été menées du 25 juillet au 6 août 2019.

This report is an update of the EASO COI report Afghanistan Security Situation first published in January 2015, and updated in January 2016, November 2016, December 2017 and May 2018.

L’objet de ce COI Focus est de fournir des informations sur les conditions de sécurité à Kaboul. Il constitue une mise à jour du COI Focus Afghanistan. Security Situation in Kabul City du 24 avril 2018, des chapitres Kabul city repris du rapport du European Asylum Support Office (EASO) Country of Origin Information Report. Afghanistan: Security Situation, publié en décembre 2017 et de celui de l’EASO Country of Origin Information Report. Afghanistan: Security Situation Update, publié en mai 2018. Pour une présentation générale des conditions de sécurité en Afghanistan, il est fait référence aux rapports de l’EASO mentionnés ci-dessous, publiés en décembre 2017 et mai 2018.

Ce COI Focus analyse les conditions de sécurité dans le district de Surobi, province de Kaboul, entre le 1er avril 2018 et le 31 mars 2019. Le Cedoca se penche plus précisément sur les incidents liés à la sécurité recensés dans le district de Surobi ainsi que sur les déplacements dus au conflit durant cette période.
