Guinée: Situation politique sous la transition

Politique

Le présent rapport a pour objectif d’examiner la situation politique en Guinée depuis que, le 5 septembre 2021, le Comité national du rassemblement et du développement (CNRD), avec à sa tête le général Mamadi Doumbouya, a pris le pouvoir et initié une transition militaire. Ce rapport met à jour le COI Focus daté du 26 avril 2023 et traite de la situation politique entre cette date et fin février 2025.

Pour cette mise à jour, le Cedoca a clôturé ses recherches le 28 février 2025.

Sri Lanka: Corruptie en documentenfraude

Corruption

Het doel van deze COI Focus is een onderzoek naar de waarde van officiële documenten uit Sri Lanka tegen de achtergrond van berichten over de wijdverspreide corruptie, de omkopingspraktijken en het regelmatige aantreffen van vervalste documenten op het Zuid-Aziatische eiland.

Dit is een actualisatie, die een overzicht geeft van 2014 tot de aanvang van 2025.

Colombie: Veiligheidssituatie

Sécurité

Dit onderzoek maakt een stand van zaken op van de veiligheidssituatie in Colombia. Het richt zich in het bijzonder op de periode van januari 2024 tot en met februari 2025. Dit document is een update van de gelijknamige COI Focus van 20 november 2023. Het onderzoek werd afgesloten op 26 februari 2025.

En raison des événements récents survenus en Syrie, le COI et la note de politique de traitement du CGRA concernant ce pays pourraient ne plus être d’actualité.

Dans le contexte de ces événements, le CGRA a décidé en date du 9 décembre 2024 de suspendre partiellement le traitement des dossiers des demandeurs originaires de Syrie : les décisions sont suspendues, à l’exception de la prise des décisions concernant des bénéficiaires d’un statut de protection dans un autre État membre de l’Union européenne.

Deze COI Focus geeft een overzicht van het geweld in Syrië waarbij er een verband is met het conflict in Gaza dat begon op 7 oktober 2023. De oorlog tussen Hamas en Israël, is een escalatie van het Israëlisch-Palestijns conflict die zich ontwikkelde tot een Israëlische militaire invasie in de Gazastrook.

Het onderzoek voor deze COI Focus gebeurde tussen december 2023 en oktober 2024.

EUAA COI Report. Country Focus

The purpose of this report is to provide relevant information for the assessment of applications for international protection, including refugee status and subsidiary protection, and in particular for use in updating EUAA’s country guidance document on Syria.

The report covers the period of September 2023 – August 2024, and provides a limited update of selected sections previously addressed in the EUAA COI reports: Syria – Country Focus (October 2023), Syria - Targeting of individuals (September 2022) as well as an update of the EUAA COI report: Syria - Socio-economic situation in Damascus city (September 2022).

This report should be read in conjunction with the EUAA COI report: Syria – Security situation (October 2024).

The drafting of this report was finalised on 30 September 2024. Any event taking place after this date is not included in this report.

The security situation report examines the nature of armed conflicts taking place in the territory, the nature of the violence and presence of armed actors in different areas, and the impact on civilians, for example in terms of casualties/fatalities and conflict-linked displacement.

The drafting of this report was finalised on 17 September 2024. Any event taking place after this date is not included in this report.
